Participation in Momentum Gaming tournaments is strictly limited to individuals aged 18 years or older. By registering, you confirm you meet this age requirement. We reserves the right to request age verification at any time.

Participants must provide accurate and complete information during registration. Use of multiple accounts or providing false information (including fake in-game IDs or age) will lead to immediate disqualification.

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for cheating, toxicity, or unsportsmanlike behavior. This includes but is not limited to:

• Use of unauthorized 3rd-party software or exploits.
• Harassment, hate speech, or offensive language in match chats or community spaces.
• Intentional match-fixing or "collusion" between teams.

Momentum Gaming reserves the right to disqualify any team or individual found in violation of these Terms or specific Tournament Rules. Serious offenses may result in a permanent ban from all future Momentum Gaming events.

Tournament admins have the final authority to make decisions regarding match disputes, rule interpretations, and scheduling. Once a decision is finalized during a live event, it is considered binding.

Momentum Gaming is not responsible for technical issues originating from external systems, including game server crashes, ISP failures, or platform-wide outages.

Prizes are awarded to the team captain or organization unless otherwise specified. Winners must provide valid payment details (UPI, Bank, etc.) and identity verification if requested.

Standard payout processing time is between 15 and 60 days. Payouts may be delayed if the provided information is inaccurate or if tax compliance steps are required.

By participating, you grant Momentum Gaming a non-exclusive, worldwide right to broadcast your gameplay, use your player/team name, and feature your Likeness (including camera footage if provided) for live production, social media, and promotional materials.

We reserve the right to reschedule, modify rules, or cancel a tournament due to low participation, technical risks, or force majeure events. In case of cancellation, only registration fees (if any) will be subject to refund policies.

Momentum Gaming shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from tournament participation, including equipment failure, data loss, or emotional distress from competition results.

The Momentum Gaming website and registration portal are provided "as-is." We aim for 100% uptime but do not guarantee that the platform will be free from errors or interruptions.

All personal information submitted is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

For international events, participants are responsible for ensuring compliance with their local laws regarding online competition and prize winnings.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in West Bengal, India.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued participation in our events following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
